Description

Milan Hill State Park is located ten miles north of Berlin near popular areas for hiking, picnicking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and wildlife viewing. A network of trails provide many options for exploring the forests of the Park. Most of the trails are wide and easy to traverse, and some offer views of the surrounding mountains. There are expansive views of the mountain ranges in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Canada from a fire tower located in the camping area.

Other Information

Milan Hill State Park has a campground with tenting sites, yurts, and a lean-to.

Please note that geocaching in not allowed in any New Hampshire State Park.

Trailhead Information

Take NH-16 North to Milan. In the center of town, turn left onto NH-110B. Drive 2 miles and turn left onto the Milan Hill Fire Tower road, marked with a Milan Hill State Park sign.
