Milan Hill State Park is located ten miles north of Berlin near popular areas for hiking, picnicking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and wildlife viewing. A network of trails provide many options for exploring the forests of the Park. Most of the trails are wide and easy to traverse, and some offer views of the surrounding mountains. There are expansive views of the mountain ranges in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Canada from a fire tower located in the camping area.
Milan Hill State Park has a campground with tenting sites, yurts, and a lean-to.
