Located behind Williston Central School near the baseball field, the Allen Brook Nature Trail offers excellent opportunities for bird watching and other wetland wildlife viewing. Beaver are known to be active in the area causing water levels near and around the boardwalk to fluctuate.
On your walk, stop at the boardwalk over the Allen Brook River to observe wildlife.
Great for a family walk or ski. Also, the Williston Community Park (Located behind Williston Central School) offers two soccer fields, two softball fields, a Little Leaque field, Babe Ruth field, two sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and a skating rink. The Village Bike Path runs through this park making it an excellent destination for all kinds of recreation. Also located nearby are two tennis courts and an outdoor basketball court with lights for evening play.

Williston Conservation CommissionLocated off the Williston Village Bike Path, opposite the right field foul line of the Little League field at Williston Central School.
Access the school from Williston Road (Route 2) in the town of Williston via Library Lane (exit via Central School Drive, roads are one-way).
Parking to access the trail is available at the Williston Community Park entrance behind the Williston Central School, as well as the parking lot across from the Williston Federated Church and behind the Korner Kwik Stop off North Williston Road.
