The Memphremagog singletrack network loops through the hills and forests on both sides of Darling Hill Road. All of the trails are intermediate except for Swamp, which is more difficult. The bike path, which connects to the singletrack trail network is rated easy. The singletrack trails cross the ski trails multiple times. Biking is allowed on the ski trails.
The trails are managed and maintained by volunteers who are part of the Memphremagog Ski Touring Foundation (MSTF), which is a chapter of the Vermont Mountain Bike Association. To support the trails, make a donation or become a member of MSTF. For information on membership, visit the Memphremagog Trails website.
Dog Policy - Mempremagog Trails encourages dogs owners to leash their dogs at all times while on Memphremagog Trails.
