A nice option for an easy short walk with the pup. We did the River Trail out and back and, thanks to all the rain we've had, the river was running full and fast and made for some pretty scenic views from the trail. There were also a TON of interesting mushrooms of all different colors along the way. Don't forget your insect repellent (like I did) - it was still fairly mosquito-y even though bug season is starting to wane.
