Description

After passing the gate, the Clark Pond Loop Trail follows the path into the woods which then splits left onto the Dancy Trail and right onto the Norman Trail.  An interpretive brochure is available for the trail.  A cross country ski loop has been added to the Norman Trail. For winter use, the Dancy Trail is reserved for snowshoeing and the Norman Trail and Ski Loop are for skiing. The complete trail system is 1.63 miles in length including the ski loop.

Trailhead Information

From downtown New London, head southwest on Pleasant Street for 0.6 miles. Take a slight left onto Knights Hill Road. Almost immediately, turn right on Bog Road. Drive 0.7 miles. Parking is available in front of the gate on the left and along the shoulder of Bog Road.
