Parts of the trail pass over private land along a 10-foot wide easement corridor. Bikes and motorized vehicles are not allowed on the trails. This is a wonderful hike for families. Wooded trail passes over bridges, around boulders, and culminates in an open summit with western views toward Lake Champlain. Great picnic spot with bench on top. The trail crosses snowmobile trails, but is well marked.
The Five Tree Hill trail can be linked to the Mud Pond Conservation Area and Sucker Brook Hollow Country Park. Hiking and walking only, no bicycling or motorized vehicles allowed.
