The Drummer Hill Conservation Area and the Greater Goose Pond Forest are host to a vast network of trails, consisting of 18 miles of singletrack and 13 miles of doubletrack. While these trails are best known as Keene's biggest mountain biking area, the trails can also be used for hiking and running. During the winter, the area is popular for cross-country skiing, fatbiking, and snowshoeing. Several of the doubletrack trails are also seasonally used as snowmobile trails.
For mountain bikers, at the core of the network are several beginner level doubletrack trails. More difficult trails branch off of these trails. Much of the area is quite hilly, and as such there are many long climbs. Reaching the high point of the network involves a 700 foot climb. That said, what goes up must come down. Many of these single track trails feature exciting and sharp descents, and the most technical drops also feature a bypass. The trail surfaces are unimproved, so expect plenty of knarly roots on all the trails.

From downtown Keene, travel north on Court Street. Turn right onto Elm Street 0.1 miles after the bridge over NH-9. Turn left onto Drummer Road after 0.3 miles. After 0.1 miles there will be a small pull-off area on the right where Drummer Road turns into Green Acres Road. Park here.
