Trail Tips

Plan Ahead and Prepare
Avoid hypothermia, even in warm weather, by limiting your sweat and exposure to cold water. Bring warm and dry clothes in case the shivers set in.

Trailhead Information

Travel on Route 5 to a pullout just north of Wilder Village. There is a sign on the side of the parking lot marking it as Maanawaka Conservation Area. Park in front of the gate on the pullout at Dothan Brook.
Please be careful not to block the gate.
